This isn't the most luxurious hotel, but it's up to par with what you should expect from a Hilton/Hampton location. Clean rooms (a few dusty spots), decent front desk folks, easy check-in/check-out, close to the Factory and other venues, and good value. Parking is plenty and free. Reasonable price for the accommodations. The breakfast offerings are 'okay', but the breakfast attendant was super nice! I would definitely stay here again!
I stay at this location frequently for my business travel. The service from everyone is always top-notch. The rooms are serviceable and no frills, but if you are looking for a clean room without spending a fortune, this is the perfect place. I have always been impressed with how quickly this team addressed the few issues I have had staying there. Even though they were minor things, this Hampton Inn team took care of us as true hospitality professionals.
One of the better Hamptons that I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is rather solid and there's plenty of options. Most importantly, Kaitlyn was the real hero of my stay, SUPERB hospitality. Very attentive & kind
Love this place and if ever in the area will be back. Clean rooms and great pillows. Location has so much around it with a restaurant id highly recommend basically in the same parking lot. Check in was A+. Only downfall was a housekeeper knocking on my door with do not disturb sign on the door way before check out. The manager was very apologetic and the housekeeper must have informed him of the incident which was actually no big deal. I've dealt with Hilton on this issue for almost a decade and all I can say is that hotel obviously sees the problem and hopefully correct it. Where most Hilton properties that have this issue dismiss it as "they are just doing their job". I would come back when in the area again.
The front desk staff were extremely nice and personable. I loved that there was a light roast and decaf coffee bar out 24/7! The breakfast was great and our room was nice and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.
very clean and nice place. Staff is as good as you get. you can tell the mgmt is awesome based on how every single worker seems happy. Would stay here every single time we are in the area. Also for those who need to use the assist chair go get into the pool.....it works. 90 percent of them don't....theirs does...again because this place is great.
Great experience at this location! Remodeled rooms were well done and well appointed. Everything was clean and fresh. All staff...day and evening front desk, breakfast and house keeping were all pleasant and helpful. This hotel has restored some of my hope in the Hilton brand. Would definitely stay again!
This is a solid hotel for those of us on the road looking for a certain standard or just for anyone passing through. The rooms were newly remodeled, spacious with tall ceilings, clean, everything worked, and breakfast was solid. Plus great location including the restaurant right across the parking lot, very much walking distance. Staff were welcoming and kind too.
